Think you’ve had an awkward family dinner? Just wait until you see what happens when Wednesday Addams brings her “normal” boyfriend to an Addams family dinner.
Tonight kicks off Musical Theatre Southwest‘s The Addams Family. The show, directed by David Bryant, will feature all our favorite characters created by Charles Addams. The first show is tonight at 8 p.m. No worries if you can’t make it. The curtains will open every Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m., and Sundays at 4 p.m., throughout April. Tickets are $20 to $22.

If you can wake up early enough tomorrow, head to the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History at 6 a.m. A bus will ramble to the Trinity Site for a tour. Walk through ground zero, where the first atomic bomb was detonated. Peruse New Mexico Tech‘s Mineralogical Museum. Learn about the Manhattan Project’s scientific pioneers and the Trinity Site itself.
Tickets are $80 per person.
You won’t have to worry about old eggs appearing in your yard months down the road.
On Saturday, April 4, Mama’s Minerals is hosting Mama’s Easter Egg Hunt. Kids 12 and under will get the chance to search for hidden eggs, each filled with fantastic minerals. Find the golden egg and get a special prize. But no matter what, each kid will head home with fossils, rocks, and mineral treasures. The House Rabbit Society will be on hand to give tips on bunny care. And rumor has it the Easter Bunny will drop by.
Tickets are $3 per kid. There will be three seasons: 10 a.m., noon, and 2 p.m.
