Thirsty for the Weekend

You can finally stop worrying about how much water you drink. Lately, there have been many articles floating around about how much water you should be drinking based on your size, some even encouraging flavored-water recipes to spruce up that boring tap water.

According to a study by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, The U.S. National Nutrition Examination Survey for 2009 to 2012 found that both men and women meet their daily water quotas, 125 ounces for men, 91 for women. Interestingly, women exceed this amount, drinking two more ounces daily, while men fall short of meeting their daily ounces by seven ounces.

No matter your drinking habits, it wouldn’t hurt to drink more water while you’re zooming around town for all the events happening this weekend.
